The Campus Parking and Transportation Association (CPTA) holds annual conferences at member schools in the fall of each year. Members share information about campus parking and transportation issues and present initiatives that have been successful on their campus. The conference also includes updates on the latest trends in the industry as well as training sessions in parking and transportation operations and management. CPTA maintains a listserv for its members.

FPTA offers three levels of membership; Regular, Associate and Affiliate. The membership year is January 1 through December 31. FPTA strives to provide members with the tools, connections and resources necessary to succeed in the parking industry.

Regular:
Municipalities and other governmental bodies, parking authorities, boards, bureaus, commissions, departments, colleges, universities, airports, hospitals, private operators, transit agencies others having similar responsibility for the establishment, operations, maintenance, control or direction of public or private parking or transportation. ($100/year; payable by November 1st)

Associate:
Additional representatives of the Regular or Affiliate, Members or any other individual, association or organization that the Board of Directors may elect ($75/year; payable by November 1st)

Affiliate:
Associations, consultants, businesses or individuals engaged in supplying goods or services in the parking and transportation fields or interested in, or connected with the operation and development of public parking or transportation, whether for profit or otherwise and who support the objectives of the Association. ($100/year; payable by November 1st)

Established in 1979, Florida Parking and Transportation Association (FPTA) has been dedicated to fulfilling the needs of its members. From training the valuable front-line employees, to creating one of the largest networking opportunities for learning in a state association, to bringing the latest innovation to our members, FPTA has consistently been at the top of our industry. FPTA relies on our diverse members who bring different points of views, knowledge, lessons learned through case studies, making our organization unique, relevant and successful. The FPTA conference each year attracts organizations with the latest technology that will ultimately change our role as parking professionals. The educational offerings at the conference are filled with valuable information, case studies and plenty of discussion time for attendees to learn from one another.

The mission of the Florida Parking and Transportation Association is to promote and represent the parking and transportation industry in the State of Florida. The organization is committed to enhancing the professional image of parking and transportation, and also serves as a unifying force in promoting state and local legislation. Through fostering partnerships with individuals and organizations involved in the parking industry, FPTA is dedicated to keeping members informed about current parking and transportation issues while continually opening new lines of communication to all members.

Mission Statement: The Parking Association of the Virginias serves the parking industry in Virginia and West Virginia by providing educational and networking opportunities.

Board of Directors: The Board of Directors conducts the business of PAV including annual workshops, elections, maintenance of website and membership information, defining membership types, fees, and benefits, etc. The Board of Directors has 10 members.

• Half the board is up for re-election each year
• Election ballots are normally issued in May of each year for a two-year term beginning July 1
• Board leadership is elected by the Board.

The Parking Association of The Virginias is a non-profit chartered corporation of the state of Virginia and licensed by the State Corporation Commission to practice business in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

It includes the state of West Virginia with association members from that state. The association became a chartered corporation in 1988 when a small group of parking professionals in the north and eastern part of the state decided that facing the daily challenges of the parking industry could be easier with help from others. Our mission is to promote the parking profession in our region.

The PPA began with its first meeting on December 11, 1985. The first conference was held in 1989 in Harrisburg. Since then, the conference has been held annually at cities across the state including State College, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Valley Forge, Scranton, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia. Today we have over 100 members. The Association is considered one of the strongest and most active state associations in the industry, hosting an annual conference, golf outing, training events and other networking functions.

Since 1987, the Texas Parking & Transportation Association has been a vehicle for individuals engaged with parking and transportation businesses in municipalities, hospitals, airports, universities and parking authorities. We promote the mutual interests of the membership in the provision and operation of adequate, safe, efficient, convenient and economical public parking and transportation as a proper and necessary function for the economic and social well-being of our members.The TPTA Board of Directors met in a workshop before the 2016 Conference and Tradeshow to review our mission and vision for the Association. We developed new strategies to ensure that we are adequately meeting the needs of our membership for the present, as well as the future.

• Expand Membership - Expand regular membership by 30% in the next two years within Texas and surrounding states through personal engagement and professional marketing.
• Enhance the Annual Conference - Review the pricing structure, expand conference offerings and create a marketing strategy to target all parking and transportation professionals in Texas and surrounding states.
• Enhance Outreach and Communications - Improve member outreach and communications by connecting members and vendors, establish member volunteer committees, launch annual formal engagement surveys and formalize membership communication vehicles.
• Enhance Roundtable Program - Enhance the roundtable program by instituting social/networking events in conjunction with the roundtables, identifying topics that appeal to different facets of parking and transportation, and creating a volunteer committee.
